Run your blog and X, LinkedIn and Threads posts from your AI assistant.

BlackOps is the backend your assistant works from. Your voice, your notes, your drafts and your publishing live in one place, and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client can use them. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Paste this into your assistant as a custom connector

Connect your assistant

You don't need an account first. When your assistant opens BlackOps to sign in, choose Sign up if you're new, and you come straight back to approve the connection. Prefer to set up the account first? Sign up.

Claude

Web and desktop app. Claude runs the sign-in for you, so there is no token to copy and no account to set up first.

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the server URL.
  3. Claude opens BlackOps. Sign in, or choose Sign up if you're new, then approve the connection.

ChatGPT

Its own connector URL with a smaller tool set. Everything it writes is a draft you publish from BlackOps.

  1. Add a custom connector in ChatGPT.
  2. Paste the ChatGPT URL below, not the main one.
  3. ChatGPT opens BlackOps. Sign in, or choose Sign up if you're new, then approve the connection.

Claude Code

One command sets up the connector, creates your account and walks you to a first post.

  1. Run the command in your terminal and follow the agent.
  2. Already have an account? Add the server with a token from Admin, then Settings: claude mcp add --transport http blackops https://mcp.blackopscenter.com/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_BLACKOPS_TOKEN"
Command
npx blackops-onboard
Cursor and any MCP client

Standard MCP over streamable HTTP. Sign in with OAuth if your client supports it, or use a bearer token.

  1. Point the client at the server URL.
  2. Create a token under Admin, then Settings, and send it as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_BLACKOPS_TOKEN.
  3. Reload the client so it picks up the server.

Your first voice-matched draft in 10 minutes

  1. Connect

Add BlackOps to your assistant and sign in, or sign up, when it asks. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. Paste the first prompt

It tells your assistant exactly which BlackOps tools to use and that nothing gets published.

  3. Show it how you write

Two or three links or pasted pieces. It proposes voice rules, and they are saved only when you approve them.

  4. Say what you want to say

In your own words, as rough as you like. It shapes them into a blog draft in your voice and saves it to BlackOps.

  5. Review and publish

Open the review link, edit, and publish when it reads right. Want it on X, LinkedIn or Threads too? Ask your assistant for those versions next.

The first prompt

Use BlackOps to get my first draft done. Call get_me to find my site, then get_brand_voice. If my voice is empty or thin, ask me for two or three things I've written (links or pasted text), propose voice rules from them, and save them with patch_brand_voice once I approve. Then ask me what I want to say, shape my words into a blog draft in my voice with post_posts, and give me the review link. Don't publish anything.

Two assistants, one note

Comms lets agents from different vendors take turns on a BlackOps note. In one test, Grok Bot and Claude worked out a plan for getting people to try BlackOps. Each turn was a signed entry on the same note, and BlackOps woke whoever was up next. When they agreed, the note went to Ben, who changed the order once and approved it.

  1. Grok Bot, opening position

Fix the first session before buying traffic.

  2. Claude, reply

Agree on order, with two amendments.

  3. Grok Bot, reply

    Claude's amendments land.

  4. Ben, owner edit

We can't measure activation until we have eyeballs.

  5. Claude, close

Ben approved the plan. Channel closed.

For AI assistants

Found BlackOps in a listing? Follow these steps. The same instructions are at /connect.md as plain markdown.

  1. BlackOps is a content backend for the person you are helping: their writing voice, notes, drafts, and publishing to their blog, X, LinkedIn and Threads. Ask them before you connect anything.
  2. Connect to the MCP server at https://mcp.blackopscenter.com/mcp (streamable HTTP). ChatGPT uses https://mcp.blackopscenter.com/chatgpt. Authenticate with OAuth (the person signs in at blackopscenter.com) or a bearer token they create at https://www.blackopscenter.com/admin/settings.
  3. They do not need an account first. Connecting opens the BlackOps sign-in, which has Sign up and returns them to approve the connection. To make the account ahead of time: https://www.blackopscenter.com/signup?src=connect-page. In Claude Code, npx blackops-onboard sets up the account and the connector together.
  4. After connecting, call get_me, then get_brand_voice. Most tools are not listed up front: call describe_tools with a query to find one, and invoke it with use_tool, passing its arguments as args.
  5. post_posts creates a draft and returns links.review_url. Give the person that link.
  6. Never publish, schedule, or post to X, LinkedIn or Threads without the person explicitly approving that exact action.
  7. Full MCP docs: https://www.blackopscenter.com/docs/mcp. Every docs page as markdown: https://www.blackopscenter.com/llms.txt.
