Is MCP included on Starter?
Yes. Every tier ships with MCP access. That's how Claude, Cursor, and Claude Code reach into your content system. Starter gets the composer and brain reader. Pro adds the agent loop on top — Hunt Missions, Reservoirs, Monitoring, Knowledge Sync, GA4/GSC, Video.
What does Pro add that Builder doesn't?
The background. Builder schedules what you wrote. Pro discovers, scores, and routes while you sleep. Hunt Missions watches X mentions and scores them against your goals. Reservoirs ingest captured ideas and auto-route the high-scorers. Monitoring sweeps your keyword list every three hours. Knowledge Sync writes your brain to your Obsidian vault. That's the agent loop. It runs whether you're at your keyboard or not.
Do I get a hosted site, or do I need my own CMS?
Every BlackOps plan includes a fully hosted site on your own custom domain. No WordPress, no plugins, no separate hosting. Write, publish, and iterate directly in BlackOps.
Do I have to use my own AI tool?
No. Every plan ships with AI refinement built into the dashboard. MCP is for people who already live in Claude or Cursor and want the work to flow both ways.
Do I need Obsidian to use Knowledge Sync?
Knowledge Sync writes to any GitHub repo of markdown files — Obsidian is just the most popular reader for that structure. If you use Obsidian, your vault updates itself. If you don't, you still get a clean, versioned markdown archive in a repo you control. Knowledge Sync is a Pro feature.
How is BlackOps different from Buffer or Jasper?
Buffer is a scheduler. Jasper is a ghostwriter. We're neither. We're a publishing system with an editor and an agent loop. The writing stays yours. The cadence becomes the system's problem.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency for AI refinement. Each AI action (editing a draft, suggesting improvements, reshaping for social, etc.) costs credits. Writing, editing, publishing, and scheduling are always free — credits are only spent when AI refines your work. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs never expire.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 20% off the monthly price — two months free per year. You're billed once up front for twelve months. Monthly credits still reset each billing cycle, so nothing about your usage changes — only the price drops.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack. Packs never expire and are used after your monthly credits are depleted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days of full Pro access, no credit card required. You get the entire agent loop — Hunt Missions, Reservoirs auto-routing, Monitoring, Knowledge Sync, Video Studio — so you can feel what it does before deciding what to pay for. At day 14, you pick a plan or drop to Starter.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Yes to all three. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. On downgrade, your data stays — only the agent loop turns off.
