Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Welcome to BlackOps Center. BlackOps Center is operated by Blulyne Group LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using BlackOps Center ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BlackOps Center is a content operating system that helps users write, refine, manage, and distribute content across multiple channels. AI editing and refinement tools are available to assist with your work. The Service includes:
- AI-assisted content editing, refinement, and voice analysis
- Brains for knowledge management
- Social media automation and scheduling
- Browser extensions and integrations
- Analytics and performance tracking
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. BlackOps Center does not claim ownership of your content.
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI-Refined Content: Content you author and refine using our AI tools remains your property. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-suggested edits before publishing.
5. AI-Refined Content Disclaimer
Our AI tools are designed to assist with editing and refining your content, but they may occasionally suggest inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate changes. You acknowledge that:
- AI-suggested edits should be reviewed before publishing
- You are responsible for verifying facts and accuracy
- AI outputs do not constitute professional advice
- We are not liable for content you choose to publish
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
7. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
- Provide accurate billing information
- Accept that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Understand that usage-based charges may apply to AI features
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access continues through the end of that period, and we do not automatically prorate or refund the time already paid for. Refunds beyond that are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Your plan includes one user: the workspace owner. Each additional person who joins your workspace is a seat, charged to the owner's subscription at the per-seat price shown on our pricing page, at the subscription's billing interval. A seat is charged from the day the person accepts an invitation, prorated for the rest of the billing period, and removing them credits the unused time, also prorated. During a free trial, seats are not charged until the subscription's first payment. Invitations that have not been accepted are not charged. Workspace admins can invite people, and seats they add are charged to the owner. Each plan limits how many people can be added: the Solo plan includes no additional seats, the Pro plan allows up to two, and the Operator plan has no limit. Pending invitations count toward that limit. To move to a plan with a lower limit, first remove people or cancel invitations until the workspace fits it; we do not remove anyone for you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- You may request export of your data within 30 days
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKOPS CENTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service isn't directed to children under 13 (16 in the European Union), and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under these ages without the required parental or guardian consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us at support@blackopscenter.com.
