Operator Dashboard
A configurable widget dashboard at /admin — arrange the panels you actually check, see every draft and scheduled post in one place, and keep open features, open bugs, and brain freshness in view.
The admin Overview is a widget dashboard you arrange yourself. Each panel loads independently, so the page shell appears immediately and the pieces fill in as their data arrives. The layout you save is per site — every operator on the site sees the same board.
How it works
Click Customize at the top of the Overview tab to enter edit mode. From there you can drag panels into a new order, remove panels you never look at, and add new ones from the widget picker. Save layout persists the arrangement for the site; Cancel discards your changes.
Everything that used to be on the dashboard is still here as a widget — stats, email metrics, the newsletter reminder, since-your-last-login activity, the daily digest, content generation shortcuts, and the activity feed. Three new widgets bring in workspace state that previously had no home in the product:
In Flight shows every draft and scheduled item across all four content channels — blog posts, X threads, LinkedIn posts, and Threads — in a single list. Scheduled items sort first by send time, then drafts by most recent edit, so nothing unfinished gets lost between channel pages.
Note Folder panels surface notes matching a tag scope. Two presets ship built in: Open Features (notes tagged feature whose status isn't shipped or closed) and Open Bugs (notes tagged bug that aren't fixed). You can also add a custom panel scoped to any tags you use. Note reads are account-scoped — a panel shows matching notes from every workspace you have access to, not just the current site.
Brain Activity lists each brain with its source note count and last compile time, and flags any brain whose compile is more than a week old, so a stale or stuck brain is visible without opening the brain page.
Performance
The dashboard loads section by section instead of behind a single spinner. The Reservoirs, Newsletters, and Blog Analytics tabs fetch their data only when you open them, and changing the Blog Analytics time period refreshes just that tab. The first visit of the day no longer waits on daily digest generation — the digest builds in the background and appears on your next load.
