Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard guides new accounts to their first published post and shows established accounts what changed since they last logged in.

Your dashboard is mission control. New accounts get a guided path to their first post. Established accounts get a read on what changed since they last logged in.

If you're just starting

Getting-started panel

Until you publish, the panel at the top of your dashboard drives the core loop in order:

  • Answer a few questions about your topic and voice
  • BlackOps drafts a first post from your answers
  • Review and publish it live to your site

Once your post is live, the panel collapses into optional, skippable amplification steps: connect X, connect LinkedIn, cross-post.

Connect the MCP

A prompt on the dashboard points you to the MCP connection. Connect it and you can run your whole content system from your AI chat, no dashboard clicks required.

Once you're up and running

Since you last logged in

The dashboard leads with what actually changed, not a wall of all-time totals:

  • Pageviews and how they moved
  • New subscribers and growth
  • Your top-performing posts in the period
  • Traffic spikes worth a look
  • Newsletters sent, with open and click rates
  • New posts published and new content discovered

Your numbers at a glance

Live counts pulled from your own data, with weekly trends:

  • Published posts
  • Subscribers
  • Newsletters
  • Content library items
  • Reservoirs and items
  • Monitoring keywords
  • Discovered content
  • RSS feeds and items
  • AI sessions

Daily digest

Fresh ideas and items from your inbox surface here, so the next thing worth writing about is waiting when you arrive.

Getting around

The left sidebar is your map. A site switcher at the top lets you move between sites you manage. The rest groups into how you actually work:

Create

  • Journal and Inbox
  • Ghost Writer and Outlines
  • Posts and Drafts
  • Content Studio

Distribute

  • X and LinkedIn
  • Newsletters
  • Distribution and Series

Intelligence

  • Reservoirs and Library
  • Brain and Notes
  • Monitoring and SEO
  • Analytics

Reservoirs, the Library, and the Brain are context. They inform your editorial calls. They are never auto-written into your published posts.
