  2. Select "Save to BlackOps"
  3. Add optional tags and notes
  4. Content is saved to your library

Capture Tweet

Save tweets to voice training

Save tweets to your Twitter activity database for voice analysis. Great for capturing your best tweets and building your voice profile on mobile.

Best for:

  • • Saving tweets you've posted
  • • Capturing high-engagement content
  • • Building voice training data on the go

Quick Idea Capture

Voice-to-journal entry

Dictate ideas directly to your journal using Siri. Perfect for capturing thoughts while driving, walking, or whenever typing isn't convenient.

Trigger with:

"Hey Siri, capture idea" or run from Shortcuts app

Setup Instructions

1

Get Your API Token

Go to your BlackOps Center admin dashboard → Browser Extension settings. Generate or copy your API token - you'll need this for the shortcuts.

2

Download Shortcuts

Open the links below on your iOS device to add each shortcut to your Shortcuts app. You may need to enable "Allow Untrusted Shortcuts" in Settings → Shortcuts.

3

Configure API Token

When you first add each shortcut, you'll be prompted to enter your API token. This is stored securely in the shortcut and used to authenticate with BlackOps Center.

4

Test the Shortcut

Try sharing content from Safari or another app to make sure everything works. You should see a success notification when content is saved.

Troubleshooting

"Untrusted Shortcut" Error

Go to Settings → Shortcuts → Allow Untrusted Shortcuts. You may need to run a shortcut from the gallery first to enable this option.

Authentication Failed

Regenerate your API token from the admin dashboard and update it in the shortcut. Edit the shortcut and look for the "Text" block containing the token.

Shortcut Times Out

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try running the shortcut again - API timeouts are rare but can happen.
