Inbox Settings
Configure how your Content Idea Inbox processes, classifies, and notifies you about captured ideas. Fine-tune the AI behavior to match your workflow.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to Intelligence → Idea Inbox in the admin sidebar, then click the Settings button in the top-right corner.

Daily Digest Settings

The daily digest appears as a widget on your admin dashboard when you have new inbox activity.
Weekly Review Settings

Confidence Threshold
The confidence threshold determines when AI classifications require human review. Items below this threshold are marked as "Needs Review" instead of being auto-routed.
30-50%: Aggressive
Most items auto-route. Best for consistent content types with clear patterns.
60%: Balanced
Good mix of automation and quality control. Recommended for most users.
70-90%: Conservative
Most items need review. Best for diverse content or new users.
Auto-Routing Settings
Auto-routing automatically sends high-confidence ideas to their best-matching reservoir. This happens in the background after AI classification completes.
Enable Auto-Routing
When enabled, ideas with high reservoir match scores are automatically routed without manual intervention.
Minimum Match Score
The reservoir match score required for auto-routing (scale of 5-10). Higher scores mean stricter matching.
How Match Scores Work
- 10/10 - Perfect match based on keywords and theme
- 7-9/10 - Strong match, likely accurate
- 5-6/10 - Moderate match, may need review
- Below 5/10 - Weak match, not auto-routed
Recommended Configurations
New Users

More automation once you trust the AI and have established reservoir themes.
Troubleshooting
Too many items needing review?
Lower your confidence threshold. If you're seeing "Needs Review" on most items, the AI may be uncertain. Try 50-60% for more automation.
Items routing to wrong reservoirs?
Increase the minimum match score for auto-routing. Also review your reservoir themes and keywords to ensure they're distinct and clear.
Not receiving daily digests?
Check that daily digest is enabled in settings. Digests only appear when there's new activity. Also verify your timezone is set correctly.
Settings not saving?
Ensure you click "Save Changes" after making adjustments. Check your browser console for any API errors if settings don't persist.
